Gelungenes "Get-together" Sommerturnier in Telfs

Am 13.08.2021 fand das "Get-together" Sommerturnier in Telfs in Tirol statt. Dank dem ungewöhnlichen, den Spaß in Vordergrund stellenden Spielmodus mit kurzen Sätzen gab es sehr viele spannende Matches.

Insgesamt 18 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer spielten in jedem Match auf 2 gewonnene Sätze, wobei pro Satz nur 6 Punkte erreicht werden mussten. Bei Satzgleichstand wurde nur ein einziger entscheidender Punkt gespielt. Dieser etwas andere Turniermodus sorgte für viel Abwechslung, Spannung und Spaß bei den Spielerinnen und Spielern.

Den Sieg konnte sich Simon Draxler (RSCT) vor Ian De Cilla (Squash Club Veldidena Boasters) sichern. Dritt wurde Simon Wieser (RSCT).

Nach dem Turnier gab es noch ein schmackhaftes 3 Gänge Menü für alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer. Das Finale des Abends stellte ein leckerer selbst gemachter Nachtisch von Simon und Anna dar. Der perfekte Abschluss für einen lustigen und spannenden Squash-Tag.

Es gibt bereits eine Gegeneinladung nach Murnau – Termin und Abstimmung wird noch übermittelt.
